Welcome to our weekly Toronto Hustle Women's Ride!
Let's build some base miles and community together this winter!
This endurance workout consists of 3x12 minute blocks of riding between tempo and endurance. This should feel nice and easy as we spend time between Zone 2 and Zone 3. We cap off each block with 4 minutes of recovery. We finish off the hour with a 6 minute cool down.
Our course and ride leader varies each week, but it is always social and fun - this is not a race. Please respect the ride leader as we try to keep the group together.

You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
