EVENT DESCRIPTION
This session utilizes fast start intervals to rapidly increase heart rate and VO2 max to a race specific zone before settling to more race specific watts for a triathlon. It will be expected to increase muscle fibre recruitment, stimulate lactate tolerance and clearance and improve durability at race specific watts.
