DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
The original Zwift Group Run now with an additional event to add multiple sub groups over 5km for group D runners. If you want to run at a faster pace or further distance than the below then please enter the alternative 'Run in the Park' event.
Choose between one of three steady paced runs or challenge yourself with a progressive run with the pace increasing slightly every km until the 30min mark is reached.
Group 1 is Progressive run starting at 9.0kph (5.6mph) and increasing by 0.3kph (0.2mph) every km until you reach 10.2 kph (6.4mph) at 4km. A leader should be present to communicate the pace changes.
Group 2 is a steady paced run with a pacebot at 9.0kph (5.6mph).
Group 3 is a steady paced run with a pacebot at 8kph (5.0mph).
Group 4 is a steady paced run with a pacebot at 7.5kph (4.7mph).
