FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You can find events via the Zwift Companion app, in-game, or via Zwift.com/events. Check out our articles for more info on joining a cycling or running event.

Rubberbanding is a cycling feature that keeps Zwifters together when they're riding. When this feature is turned on—your speed may be faster or slower than you'd expect when putting down the same watts during a ride without Rubberbanding in place.

Most events on Zwift are public, meaning they're open to the entire Zwift community. Some events are private, and these are only visible to the organizer and those invited to the specific event. If you'd like to schedule a private group event, we suggest using Zwift Companion app to create a Meetup, or joining or creating a club.
