Workouts will alternate between two unique workouts—MOVE FORWARD and BUILD BASE events—through August 31.
MOVE FORWARD workouts are designed to boost VO2 Max with drills, strides, and improving lactate threshold.
Complete any MOVE FORWARD workout to unlock the adidas Runners shirt.
BUILD BASE events are easy training runs designed to improve running economy, overall fitness, and recovery.
Complete any BUILD BASE workout to unlock the adidas 4DFWD shoes.
adidas Runners coaches Lina Michaelis and Awan Bunjing will be leading select workouts each week. Look for the Special Guest headers to see which workouts they are leading.

No. These are group training events for community members looking to build a solid foundation with the help of adidas athletes and world-class coaches from around the world.
