Red Bull and BORA-hansgrohe are scouring the globe in search of the next generation of Grand Tour racers. To reach the largest talent pool, Red Bull, Zwift, and Strava are working together to identify climbing segments all over the world. Leveraging technology, Red Bull will use those Strava segments to collect performance data. Put down some blistering times on the Alpe du Zwift, Ven-Top, Epic KOM Forward, Epic KOM Reverse, and Innsbruck KOM segments and make sure they are uploaded to Strava for the world to see.

While anyone can participate, Red Bull is looking for males born in 2006 and 2007 to fill their roster. Riders at the top of select leaderboards will complete a full performance analysis. Two riders from this elite group will be signed to race for the BORA-hansgrohe development team and fast-track their dreams of racing professionally.

The Red Bull selection is specific, but any Zwifter can participate in the Red Bull Junior Brothers events. If you can’t make the events, don’t stress. Red Bull will recognize your time during a free ride or another event.

There is no guarantee that completing the segments, no matter the placement on the leaderboard, will qualify a rider to be shortlisted or go on to ride for the BORA-hansgrohe development team.
