Andre Greipel is one of the most renowned cyclists in history. He has amassed a total of 158 career victories over a remarkable 16 years riding with some of the world’s top teams. Andre is most known for his strength as a sprinter, earning him the nickname ‘The Gorilla’.

This series of events offers a chance for the Zwift community to ride alongside Andre, as he recounts some of his most memorable sprint victories. Not only that but these events are designed for you to be able to get a sprint workout in with the Gorilla himself.

These events are on circuit routes, and each lap has a sprint. Each lap Andre will lead out the community to try and take the green jersey from him. Ask Andre for tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your sprint, whilst getting a serious interval workout in.

Events will run for 4 weeks on Wednesdays at 6pm UTC from 2nd November to 23rd November.

In 2013 André Greipel’s mother was diagnosed with the brain disease ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). ALS is short for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and it impacts nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. Eventually, patients cannot control their muscles and they become paralyzed.
