ZSUN RNR is a training event to start your week with a course recon for the following Team Time Trial (TTT).
The group ride suits people who want to practice the technique of drafting and getting to know your trainer. We promote consistency in a bunch at a pace that suits you.
Ride lead maintains an average between 2.2-2.4 w/kg and the red beacon will take all riders up front at 3-3.2 w/kg. Start with red for as long as you want and then drop to yellow if needed; or ride in the middle with others around you. The main thing is all riders are welcome to join and make this the RNR you are looking for on a Monday.
