The CRYO-GEN Friday Fun ride is a D paced social ride designed to allow a wide range of cyclists to join in the fun and get what they need from their Friday cycling. Pace will be around 1.8 to 2.3 w/kg on the chosen route with group efforts on any sprints or challenges the route entails. So please note this may mean short efforts above the set pace!

All riders warmly welcomed. D cat riders come and join us for some fun and enjoy the fitness gains from tackling the sprints and other challenges. Other cat riders come join us for an easier ride to help flush out the legs ready for your next challenge or work out. Or please bring your power and help our sweep team support the back of the ride so everyone stays in the peloton.

We will tackle a variety of courses over the weeks. All we ask is for you to respect the ride leader and have fun. We look forward to riding with you soon.
