Welcome to SZR Sunrise
This is a group ride with the focus on remaining together.
The average pace PRIOR to any race finish will be 2.2 wkg. Suitable for D riders looking to become C’s and above
Sprints and intervals will be added at the discretion of the leader.
We will at times ride above and below the advertised pace, please don’t feel the need to tell the leader they will be aware!
Please regroup quickly after sprints, intervals or hills and sit between the yellow and red beacons.
This is not a recovery ride, we work hard and work as a team.
