EVENT DESCRIPTION
Workout of the week this week is one of Zwift's most popular workout! This workout is focused on aerobic conditioning, or 'cardio' as we call it! In this workout we accumulate a total of 20min 'work' with the majority of that in Zone 3. An efficient way to get you moving and energized in just 40 minutes!
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
