Who’s Florian ‘“Flow” Neuschwander? We’re glad you asked.
He’s a German ultrarunner and Zwifter who lives by the motto, “All or nothing.” On January 30, 2021—at 9 a.m. CET—he’s planning to break the 100km treadmill World Record. Zwift is here to help him out.
Where’s it all happening? At the h/p/cosmos® treadmill showroom in Germany. During the run, he’ll be joined for 20km segments in the studio—and on Zwift—by other prominent athletes.

Want to catch a bit of the action? We’re hosting a social community run event on Jan 27 at 19:00 CET, where anyone can come join Flow for a mellow 10K run.
Need something more intense? Feel free to drop into the main event on Jan 30 at 9 a.m. CET and hang on for dear life. Fair warning, Flow aims to hold a pretty quick pace at 3:50–4:00 min/km // 6:10–6:25 min/mile. If you’re up for it, find him on your Runners list, select him, hit run, and join the fun! Send Ride Ons. Tune into the livestream. The man aims to make history, and you won’t want to miss out.
HOW TO FOLLOW FLOW ON ZWIFT
All you need to do is follow and favorite Flow through the Zwift Companion app, and then you can join the fun.
Check to make sure you have the latest version of the Zwift Companion app
Navigate to your Profile
If using Android, tap the menu button in the top-left, then tap your photo
If using iOS, tap your photo in the top-left
Once in your profile, select More at the bottom-right
Select Find Zwifters
Once you've found the Zwifter you're looking for, tap their name to bring up their profile

HOW TO FAVORITE FLOW ON ZWIFT
Once you have followed and favorited Flow, you’ll get a notification on the Zwift Companion app. Make sure you have push notifications enabled, so you'll receive a notification when he starts a run or ride and you can join the fun.
Check to make sure you have the latest version of the ZC app
Navigate to your Profile
If using Android, tap the menu button in the top-left, then tap your photo
If using iOS, tap your photo in the top-left
Once in your profile, select Followers
Select the icon next to the person you want to Favorite

You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
