EVENT DESCRIPTION
Following a 5-year pro cycling career GCN Host Conor Dunne is embarking on a new year journey to get back to race level fitness.

Join Conor for this seven-week training series. A training plan developed specifically to get athletes back to race fitness quickly, with a weekend race to test your limits. The plan, assembled by Israel Start-Up Nation Performance Coach, Greg Henderson, is designed to help get you fitter in just seven short weeks.

There will be two group workouts offered each week that will be led by Conor himself.

ABOUT THE WORKOUT
We start this program with some basic aerobic endurance intervals. Small 30 sec spikes to load the legs up every 3.5 mins throughout the interval. A chance to climb out of the saddle. 4 x 12 min aerobic efforts with 3min recovery.
