Following a 5-year pro cycling career GCN Host Conor Dunne is embarking on a new year journey to get back to race level fitness.

Join Conor for this seven-week training series. A training plan developed specifically to get athletes back to race fitness quickly, with a weekend race to test your limits. The plan, assembled by Israel Start-Up Nation Performance Coach, Greg Henderson, is designed to help get you fitter in just seven short weeks.

There will be two group workouts offered each week that will be led by Conor himself.

ABOUT THE WORKOUT
EPOC stands for Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption, and is how much work it takes after exercise to return your body to normal resting level. This type of interval session costs a lot of energy. After training the calories you burn to recover are quite large. This also has a great benefit to your power profiles.
