EVENT DESCRIPTION
This workout focuses on steady-state efforts at lactate threshold (FTP). Over time, you want to move to longer intervals and more total time in this zone. Consistent and progressive training in those zone will improve your FTP. Rest intervals will be 5 minutes or less. Total Time in zone: 32 minutes.

You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
