EVENT DESCRIPTION
The Rapha Women’s 100 is back again for its ninth year! Celebrate the women’s cycling community around the world and build your endurance with a 4-week series of workouts designed by former road and track cyclist Dani Rowe from August 18 to September 11.

Then on September 12, take on 100km all at once. Make sure you sign up on both Zwift and Strava!

About Rapha Women's 100 Workout #1

Designed to help improve your ability to produce high power over short durations, this workout is useful for short, steep climbs. With brief bursts of power at 100% of your FTP, it will push you to surge through corners and to stay close to other riders' wheels on race day.

TIPS FROM THE PRO:
Looking for an event-day edge? Our blog, written by former road and track cyclist Dani Rowe, has the answers. Check out her training and fueling tips as you learn how to prepare for a 100 km ride.

JOIN THE CHALLENGE ON STRAVA
You know what they say: “If it’s not on Strava, it didn’t happen!” Connect your Strava to Zwift to ensure all your indoor rides are tracked. Make sure to sign up for the challenge on Strava before Sunday. Once you cover the 100 km distance, simply upload your ride and you’ll be eligible for a special Rapha reward and earn a digital Women’s 100 finisher badge.

UNLOCK THE KIT
Ride in solidarity with women from around the world and unlock the special in-game Women’s kit the moment you cross the finish line. If you love the way it fits your avatar, you’ll also love the real-life kit.

IS THIS A RACE?
Nope. There’s no podium here, just a chance for you to uplift and encourage women from around the world.

ABOUT DANI ROWE

Dani Rowe née King is one of the most decorated British cyclists of all time. A three-time World Champion, two-time European Champion, Olympic Gold Medalist, and the World Record holder for the 3 km Team Pursuit, Rowe was an absolute beast in the saddle. In 2018, at age 28, Rowe retired from professional cycling, and now spends her time working with sponsors, partners, and making media appearances. And that’s not even getting into her very own coaching business, Rowe and King.
