EVENT DESCRIPTION
Train your way toward the history books! Zwift has partnered with USA Triathlon for the Legacy Tri series, a six-week in-game event series starting June 8.

Every Wednesday, ride or run through Watopia as you build fitness leading up to the in-person 2022 Legacy Triathlon on Saturday, July 16 in Southern California. You’ll unlock the USA Tri cycling and USA Tri running kits when you complete any in-game event.

After you finish the series, take your talents to Long Beach, California—the future home of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Triathlon course—for a weekend-long celebration featuring a variety of events, from Olympic distance triathlon to celebrity and Olympian relays. Can’t make the in-person event? No sweat! This training series is great for athletes of all abilities looking to boost fitness or prep for an upcoming race.

ABOUT LEGACY TRIATHLON:
The Toyota Legacy Triathlon will enable USA Triathlon to contribute to Southern California’s Olympic lore and rich triathlon history by giving back to the local multisport community. USA Triathlon is the first National Governing Body to bring a new annual event to the Los Angeles footprint as part of the lead-up to the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Their mission is to start building their legacy before, rather than after, the Games starting at the grassroots level, and, over time become a prestigious international event, featuring elite and age-group athletes, as well as paratriathletes, from around the world.
