Join pro racer Laurens ten Dam (Team Giant–Alpecin) as he starts his day with a steady tempo ride. All are welcome!

- This is not a race. Ok, Laurens’ “tempo ride" might be super fast to some so no waiting for dropped riders.
- Laurens is the ride leader so let him set the pace. You can’t miss him - he will have a yellow beacon above.
- Brag to your friends you rode with a pro cyclist and top 10 finisher in the Tour de France.
