Triathlon Australia welcomes all Multisport & Paratriathletes from around the world 🌍 for a 5km training run. 🏊🏼‍♂️🚴🏼‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🇦🇺

Your session today is written by Coach Craig Needham - Professional Development coach accredited with Triathlon Australia & 30-year veteran Multisport athlete. You will receive on-screen in-run motivation and guidance though this workout which is aimed at beginners seeking to improve their run in a Sprint Distance Triathlon (750m swim/20km ride/5km run). It is also useful for beginners seeking to make gains in Park-run style events.

We will run the Mayfield Track so you'll always see your friends close-by.
