Heart Rate Monitors (HRM) are mandatory for all categories and must be public. Consent must be granted on your Zwiftpower profile.

Dual recording is mandatory for Top 5 finishers in A category, plus for all in the top 50 on the individual overall Zwiftpower Rankings, regardless of category (zwiftpower.com/rankings.php)
A public dual recording analysis must be uploaded to Zwiftpower within 3 hours of completing the race.
Race organizers may request riders in all categories to provide a dual recording or a matching RL effort (Strava) in order to verify a Zwift race effort. Failure to comply may result in a points penalty or disqualification from the event. Failure to provide a dual recording or RL effort on three separate requests may result in disqualification from future events, until a dual recording with a matching effort is provided.

Categories:
A: 4.0 W/kg and above
B: 3.2 W/kg to 3.99 W/kg
C: 2.5 W/kg to 3.19 W/kg
D: Under 2.49 W/kg
Category Enforcement apply. How does it work? (https://support.zwift.com/en_us/category-enforcement-faq-rJ5CQrpvcOpens a new window).
Category Enforcement will prevent Zwifters from entering a category they are not eligible for. The goal is to increase fairness in racing.
How does it work? - Zwift checks a racer's past performance using VO2 max and FTP to determine their race category. Racers can join a category at or above their category. For example, if you are "C" category, you can race in C, B, or A category. You cannot race in the D category.

Other:
We highly recommend you having Strava linked to your Zwiftpower profile and that it is open.
