Get ready to test your limits with the "Distance Assessment Workout" as part of the Twenty One Run Speed Edge series on Zwift! This session is all about measuring your potential and setting benchmarks. We’ll kick off with a 10-minute warm-up to get your heart pumping and muscles primed. Next, take a 2-minute walk or stretch to ensure you’re loose and ready to fly. Then, ramp up with several 30-second fast strides, each followed by a 1-minute slow recovery, prepping you for the main event: a 30-minute power push. This is your moment to shine—see how much distance you can cover and set a personal marker to beat in future sessions. We’ll close with a 10-minute cool-down to help you recover and reflect on your incredible effort.
