From August 8 to September 9, try out five new workouts designed to give you an effective session in about 30 minutes. Each one will be at the same time each week, and there will be two per week that are available every three hours daily. Enjoy today’s workout and keep building healthy habits. Consistency is key!

We're building intensity every two minutes, like tackling a steepening climb. Then, we hit five 20-second powerful efforts, earning double the rest-for 40-seconds. It's a ride that demands focus and loads of energy!
