EVENT DESCRIPTION
A very warm ZZRC welcome to our Cardio Challenge group workout.
This is banded ride designed to put some structure and FUN into our social rides on Zwift! Each week we will showcase a different Zwift workout.
The power targets are based on your individual FTP so come join us as we encourage each other to elevate our fitness to new heights on Zwift.
Whilst we enjoy having a yellow beacon on our workouts to give support , occasionally it’s not always possible. The workout will continue as normal and will give you the instructions required throughout despite no beacon . So please enjoy the challenge .
