Join SKYLAB every week for our social 'FEED EM' TO THE LIONS' ride with
the team. This week we'll be riding 3 laps of the famous Watopia Volcano
Flat course stepping up the pace each lap.

The first lap will be ridden at 2.5wkg, the second lap at 3.5wkg and the
final lap at 4.5wkg.

If you struggle to hold the pace with the front group the sweeper group
will continue at 2.5wkg for the whole ride.
