Team CLS Racing bring you the Hump Day Blast. A short format, mid-week race on short punchy
courses. Squeezing a quick bit of intensity in? Keeping the legs sharp? This one is for you.

This event will use the popular Glasgow Crit Circuit as the primary course - so you can keep
coming back to practice your race craft and improve your finishing position.

On the final Wednesday of each month, we will switch to other popular courses - like Seaside
Sprint, Mech Isle Loop, Volcano Circuit, and Duchy Estate - to mix things up before returning to
Glasgow Crit for the remaining weeks each month.

Information and Rules
• Riders will enter the pen according to Zwift's category enforcement.

• Each race will be a simple mass start, scratch race format (no FAL or FTS)
• No Z Power riders allowed. Riders without heart rate data will be removed from the results.

If you ride regularly on Team CLS events or are looking for a team to join, then of course Team
CLS would welcome you to our gang. All our members train hard but equally play hard and our
weekly schedule is sure to compliment your training whatever level you are at. If you don’t have
our Team Kit yet we have events each week when you can unlock it.
