3月1日は一之瀬弥生の誕生日！
ということで、グループライドを開催します。

2025年3回目のグループライドです。

三宅先生が超絶やる気モードなので、2025年はトロンバイクの獲得を目指します。

なので登りが若干多めのコースを走りますよ。
最終的にはアルプをひたすらリピートする予定ですが、身体を慣らすために登りは比較的マイルドなコースに。

スイーパーは三宅先生が努めます。

1.5〜1.8w/kgのパワーで淡々と走りますので、LSDにもちょうどいいと思います。

So we will hold a group ride.

This is the third group ride in 2025.

Dr. Miyake is in a super motivated mode, so we will aim to acquire a TRON bike in 2025.

So we will ride a course with a little more climbing.
Eventually, we plan to just repeat the Alps, but the climbs will be relatively mild to get the body used to the course.

The

ride leader will be the editor in charge, and the sweeper will be Mr. Miyake.

We will be running at 1.5 to 1.8 w/kg of power, which is just right for LSD.
