ABOUT ONGOING TRAINING
The off-season is the perfect time to focus on maintaining fitness and refining your skills, and our “Terrible Tuesdays” rides are designed to keep you engaged and motivated. While the intensity will vary, you can count on each session having just the right amount of challenge to keep you sharp. TT bikes are allowed, and drafting is enabled.

WORKOUT DESIGNER
Dave D'Abrosca, owner and head coach of Power2Tri Endurance Coaching, designs all of these workouts and leads the majority of them. Dave is a USAT Level II Long Course and Ironman Certified Coach, with years of experience guiding athletes through all types of races, from first-timers to seasoned triathletes, as well as XTERRA, Gravel, MTB, and Ultra Runners.
