Join us for our weekly ride/race.
As always this is a group ride. We will start off together with an easy warm up around 2.5wpk.
The pace will pick up for the first few laps but the goal is to stay together. Listen to the leader for instructions.
The last lap or two will be a race. It is key to stay in the group for the start of party time.
