//What it Is
The TrainerRoad Throwdown Series is your chance to test your training, push your limits, and challenge yourself on fresh courses each week.
Each race is short, hard, and built to fit into your week—perfect for sharpening fitness and fueling your motivation.
//Rules
- You must have a ZwiftPower.com account in order to be eligible for prizes.
- Zwift Racing Score used for seeding..
- You must use a power meter (zPower not allowed) and heart rate monitor during the race.
- No TT bikes allowed.
- Only 1 Power-up will be granted at the beginning of the race.

- Participants must have a valid ZwiftPower account and follow all race rules to be included in official results.
