Join us on the second Saturday of every month for Feed Fondos, hosted by The Feed.
We're offering three different fondo routes throughout the day, so no matter where you are in the world, you can hop on and join The Feed community at a time that works for you.

Route: Petit Boucle
Time: 8:00 AM ET / 5:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM GMT
Quick Stats:
13.9 km (8.6 miles) with 134m elevation
Time: 20-27 minutes depending on your power output
Difficulty rating: 14.2/100 (easy)
What to Expect: This is a short, punchy loop in France with a mix of flat sections and one notable climb that will test your legs before a fast finish.
The Ride: Start in Neokyo and head onto the Petit KOM, a 1.3 km climb averaging 4.3% that warms up gradually before kicking up near the top. After cresting, enjoy a rolling section through the French countryside before tackling the Aqueduc KOM, a short 400m punch at 5.6% that rewards those who like to attack. From there, it's a fast descent and flat finish back through the village to complete the loop.
Bottom Line: A quick, spirited route perfect for those who want a solid workout without committing hours to the saddle. Great climbing practice with recovery sections in between.
Meet Your Ride Leader: Christie T
Christie is a professional ultra-distance cyclist who specializes in pushing the limits of what's possible on two wheels. While her primary discipline is road, she's equally at home chasing endless gravel, tackling multi-day bikepacking adventures, and saying "sure, why not?" to any route that looks mildly questionable on a map. She does most of her weekday training on Zwift, where traffic-free virtual roads, global friends & teammates, and lively group-ride banter make even the toughest intervals fly by.
Off the bike, she works in finance and has an unapologetic love of spreadsheets. On the bike, she fuels long efforts with Carbs Fuel Mix (plus Mortal or LMNT for her salty-sweater status) and BonkBreaker Sour Raspberry Chews for a tart morale boost.
