This first session in Zwift Camp: Inside Out sets the tone for building a strong endurance base. With controlled efforts at sweet spot intensity, you'll maximize fitness gains while avoiding fatigue. Designed to be both efficient and effective, this workout includes intervals that ramp up and down, simulating the demands of outdoor riding. Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
