EVENT DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Zwift Fitness, our goal is to make you fitter and stronger while giving you the best experience we can provide. This event is a introduction into running on Zwift. The 3.1mi / 5km event will consist of a mix of walking and jogging with an optional final 500m sprint!
Walking pace will be 3mi / 4.8kms and running pace at 5mi / 8kms. The leader will be aiming at 60sec walk / 90sec running leading up to the fast finish.
Please listen for the leaders instructions for pace changes on screen and on discord. Please be warmed up and get your treadmills to speed 30 seconds before the event start to ensure we all get off the line together. Please add TeamZF after your name.
