EVENT DESCRIPTION
This workout is part of the 3-week Keep Fit training plan that EF Pro Cycling designed together with their partners GARMIN & TACX. This specific workout is all about FTP development for increasing your FTP number. EF Pro Cycling, Garmin and Tacx invites you to join us for this week’s group ride with Neilson Powless, Sean Bennett, Tejay van Garderen. We aim to keep the groups together and allow for plenty of time to chat.
KEEP FIT by EF PRO CYCLING
Peter Schep, coach of EF Pro Cycling, has created a training plan that will keep you fit and level up your overall fitness. Each week consists of three workouts based on your FTP, building up in intensity every week. You won’t go too deep during these workouts because this might lower your immune system temporarily and that’s something we want to prevent in these days. To make this plan attractive, Schep has added some nice variations to the workouts.
