WELCOME TO ALL RIDERS!!. Team Italy Monday Ride is a group ride and not a race. This ride is aimed at Cat. D riders (Power 1.5 - 2.5 W/KG).
Depending on the course schedule, we will be riding approx. 32Km for 1 hour training on WATOPIA or LONDON or RICHMOND Routes.
We will start riding at a comfortable pace of 1.5 - 2.0 W/KG for the first lap. The second lap and final lap the group will ride at 2.5 W/KG. Watch out for announcements for short sprints within the ride, but riders will regroup as a team thereafter. The focus of the groupride is keeping the group together the entire ride. Please respect the pace and Leader's instructions. Your jersey will be autoselected. Please add classical tag name of ride: ITA after your name. NO TT Bikes.
