Next Up is designed to surface the perfect workout, route, or RoboPacer ride at the perfect time, making your virtual training journey more intuitive and effective than ever before.

What sets Next Up apart is its continuous learning to better hone how it personalizes to you. The more information you provide, the smarter and more relevant your recommendations become. 

Goals Set the Course

Ready to crush a specific objective? Within the Zwift Companion app, our Fitness Tracker allows you to set specific, measurable goals. Whether you’re aiming for an amount of time on the bike each week, increasing your weekly mileage, or burning a set number of kilojoules, setting this goal acts as a critical piece of information.

Setting Your Goal: Within the Zwift Companion app, look for the “Weekly Goal” box at the top of the screen. Tap the area and a pop-up will appear for you to edit your weekly goal.

How it works: If you set a goal, Next Up will prioritize activities, workouts, and training plans that align with your objective, ensuring every minute you spend on Zwift is productive and moves you closer to your fitness target.

Integrate Your Outdoor Efforts

Your fitness journey doesn’t end when you log out of Zwift. Many Zwifters ride outdoors, and those efforts are crucial to understanding your overall fitness profile. By connecting your Garmin, Hammerhead or Wahoo account to Zwift, you can seamlessly pull in your outdoor rides.
The benefit: Next Up uses this comprehensive view of your training—both indoors and out—to avoid overtraining, suggest appropriate rest, or recommend specific efforts that complement your recent activity.
