Get a head start on a Sunday with a spin around your favourite courses.
After an introductory lap, your friendly ride leader will get things warmed up with various efforts from tempo to threshold on different laps. Riders are encouraged to cycle with the yellow beacon at all times, so please bring your best effort, banter and willingness to support your fellow team mates before you make the final important decision. Do you wish to pace it home or go for the “Win” and leave it all out there?
