DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
Serving schools in over seven states, Rapha Foundation Grantee CYCLE Kids helps children gain confidence, strengthen their academic focus and develop a passion for cycling. In the past 16 years, the programme has reached over 30,000 children, many in underrepresented, vulnerable, and racially diverse communities.
Now CYCLE Kids are raising funds to put three of their programs into fire-torn communities across the west coast of the US.

About this workout:
Today's workout contains 3 x 12 minute blocks of 'Tempo - Endurance' - this should feel nice and comfortable as you alternate between Zone 2 and Zone 3.
At the end of each 12 minute block, there is a 1 minute 'free ride' - you can either drop the hammer like Justin and give it your max effort, or ride easy and encourage your fellow Zwifters!
