Summer and sun is a rare treat for the Valkyries and from next week we will be riding outside. This will mean that this ride may be without a leader until we get back. If you join this leaderless ride, we encourage you to do a thorough warm up and go all out on the sprints and the KOM. Recover and keep a steady pace together between the sprints.
