DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
We are at the 4th ride in a series of workouts aiming at building your aerobic engine and preparing you for your race season. We are intentionally starting out with rides that will not be exhausting as this is the time to engage with those sessions so in few months you can use that foundation to build upon and materialize the gains. The workout (based on a TT Tuneup workout) will challenge your aerobic energy pathways with a range of efforts and will continue to build your endurance. Opening with a longer Z2 effort, adding some neuromuscular work, before finishing with a Zone 3 effort.

ZWIFT WORKOUTS

We have two rides scheduled each week on Wednesdays: 6:05 am EST and 6:45 pm EST. Join us for one or the other or both rides!

Angela Naeth is a professional triathlete, coach, and founder of IRACELIKEAGIRL - a community of girls/women who provide opportunities for females of all ages and abilities to support, encourage and inspire one another in the sport of triathlon, cycling, running and swimming.
