Welcome to the official Human Powered Health Social Ride! This weekly ride series is designed for riders of all fitness levels to enjoy -– whether you are putting your leg over your Wahoo KICKR for the first time, or are a seasoned (ex) pro, we're here to enjoy ourselves, move our bodies, and get stronger together!
We start each ride at 1.5 - 2.0 w/kg to ensure no one’s having to chase from the gun and then we settle into groups for the duration.
Ride leaders and courses will change from time to time but the things that will remain constant are your positive vibes and health gains!
