Welcome to Rapid Fire Friday, where we turn up the heat after our TGIF warm-up ride! This is a sprint-focused session designed to sharpen your top-end power and inject a little adrenaline into your week.
✅ Pace: 2.2–2.8 w/kg average between sprints
✅ Duration: ~60 minutes of spicy intervals
✅ Sprints: Frequent, all-out efforts—fence drops for each sprint
✅ Fence: Will be in use between sprints to keep the group tight – please fall in quickly after each effort
Ride Format:
Steady pace cruising between sprint segments
Sprint calls will be announced in advance
Fence will come down for each sprint – then we regroup promptly behind the beacon
Expectations:
⚡ Bring your A-game for the sprints
⚡ Recover quickly and maintain discipline between efforts
⚡ Respect the Leader (or the fence) and the group – this keeps the ride smooth for everyone
