"Welcome to USMeS Roll Call 1.8 – 2.2
Whether you’re coming off a hard weekend or easing into the week, Roll Call gets the legs turning and the mind focused without unnecessary stress. This ride is about showing up, settling in, and riding together.
✅ Pace: an average of 1.8–2.2 w/kg
✅ Duration: 60 minutes
Expect a steady group ride with the occasional short surge to keep things sharp…nothing forced, nothing sustained. If a surge happens, fall back in quickly and keep the group intact.
We ask that all riders respect the leader, respect the pace, and respect the group. Ride smooth, ride smart, and keep it tight.
