Welcome to Ed Laverack’s WTRL Workout and YouTube Live Stream
ABOUT THIS WORKOUT
Please warm up first before your workout begins.
Each week Saturday 16:30 GMT Ed will take you through a recce of the WTRL course that you will race the following Tuesday.
To enhance your workout experience please visit Ed’s YouTube channel (Link below, or just search Ed Laverack in YouTube’s search box)
While you are doing your workout Ed will point out in real time live on YouTube where he thinks breaks might form, where to push or catch that all important breather, you will be getting invaluable information from one of Zwift’s best racers.
This will be an ideal workout for all those participating in Season 2 of the WTRL ZRL Race League or someone wanting to join in a tough workout designed by Ed Laverack himself.
This workout will not be at 100% as the race is only 3 days away so the all-out start that we are all used to will be slightly toned down.
This will still be a tough workout to complete at your FTP.
ABOUT GROUP WORKOUTS
Zwifters line up in the pen as if you were about to start a race.
Once the event starts the workout will begin.
Everyone stays together regardless of their power output.
