ASSOS Speed Club takes on WorldTour status with a series of testing training blocks throughout 2021 designed in close collaboration with Team Qhubeka ASSOS. For the second workout in this Pre-Season Series, Speed Club takes on the different types of sprints: High Torque, High Power, and Pre-Loaded Efforts. Sprinters, rejoice.
