A group ride at a steady pace between 2.5 - 3.0 w/kg. This is a group ride, not a race , but it is also a drop ride, so if you get dropped you'll need to catch up! Come join us for some muscular endurance training. The pace of the ride will be in the B category, but we welcome riders of all categories to ride and train with us.
