EVENT-BESCHREIBUNG
Scottish people passionate about Zwift cycling.
• Join us every Sunday morning for our weekly social Club ride.
• These are group rides, not races, with all abilities welcome.
• Late joining is available up to 30mins post start.
• Ride at your own pace with one of our 5 Group Leaders, based on Zwifts ABCDE category rating.
• Approx. pace of each Group - A: 3.0 - 4.0wkg; B: 2.5 - 3.5wkg; C: 2.0 - 3.0wkg; D:1.0 - 2.0wkg; E: 0.5 - 1.5wkg
• Each group will have it's own dedicated Sweeper, supporting those that need a quick boost to get back onto the main Leader group.
• You are welcome to go at your own pace either ahead or behind the Group Leader, however note that any instructions given will be relevant to those grouped around the yellow Leader beacon.
• Group Leaders / Sweepers will communicate via Zwift messaging, and the banter is open to everyone via our Discord channel.
• Some regrouping may be required after KOMs - please respect our Group Leaders instructions and support a positive group ride atmosphere.
• Stronger riders are very welcome to support any sweeping activity on the day - please just highlight this to the Group Leader / Sweeper when joining or during the ride.
• Group fence will be activated for a very short period post event start to help group riders together.
• Road bikes are highly recommended for their drafting ability to support grouping of riders. TT bikes are not recommended.
• The last Sunday of every month will host a special 'Virtual Sportive' which will tackle one of Zwifts hardest & longest routes.
