Team Somerset Sweet Spot Climb with Sprints!
Description:
As we get closer to race season here in NJ, time to mix in some SST and sprints.
Ride leader / Yellow Beacon:
Warmup at 2.0 on our way to Jarvis KOM.
Climb Jarvis KOM at 3.0-3.5 (about 3-4 minutes )
Regroup at the bottom before the sprint
Then optional Jarvis Sprint with regroup before the next lap.
Duration: 60min (Should be able to get in 4 laps).
Sweepers:
Red will be rolling 1.5W/kg the whole way and will call out any pace increase for the climb and optional sprint.
Looking for a better workout?
Gravel bike will get ya around +0.5 w/kg
Mountain bike is worth about +3/4 w/kg
TT bike will be near +3/4 w/kg depending on the draft.
Each week we’ll change it up. Flat finish for some TTT action and maybe kick each other’s heads in with a tasty little climb once in a while.
