Every Thursday our Training Members are guided by coach Helen Bridgman. In case you missed it or want to have a taste of what and how we train, we are making our workout available every Friday, with no lead. So put on some music and enjoy! You might even find one of our DSs on the road to chat with.
Session : VO2 10x1 min
Gradual warm up over 10 mins starting at 50% FTP, gradually increasing HR and power to 70% FTP. 5 x 30s on and 30s off to really get the HR going! The main blocks are 5 x 1 min VO2 Max with 2 min recoveries in between. Recover for 5 mins between sets and repeat.
Cool down for 10 min easy at the end.
This session will help increase your peak aerobic power, make you more aerobically efficient and improve your endurance.
