Welcome to SZR Early Birdies
This is a group ride with the focus on remaining together. The average pace PRIOR to any race finish will be 2.2 wkg. Sprints and intervals will be added at the discretion of the leader and we will at time ride above and below the advertised pace!
Please regroup quickly after sprints, intervals or hills and sit between the yellow and red beacons.
This ride will particularly benefit D and lower C riders looking to get stronger.
