The Striders and Riders “Ride ‘n Shine” Casual, Social Ride is a group ride in a friendly, supportive, respectful, and enjoyable atmosphere. 🎉🚴🏻‍♂️😁

The pace may vary depending on the course, but we strive to ride and socialize with an overall average pace of approximately 18-20mph (30-32kph).

Please be prepared to ride with the group leader’s peloton, so everyone benefits from the group draft effect.

We will try to have a sweeper on each ride to help any rider who may want to return to the group.

Remember, the choice is yours…ride your ride!
